These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Pretty Wrapping Service ("PWS," "we," "us"), a gift presentation studio operating in Toronto, Ontario. By booking a service, submitting a deposit, or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

PWS provides gift wrapping and presentation design for corporate and personal clients, including in-studio wrapping, on-location and pop-up stations, interactive workshops, demo events, in-home wrapping, and film/production prop work. Exact scope is confirmed in writing for each booking.

• All quotes are estimates based on information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may change if project details (quantity, materials, box size, timeline) change.
• A 25% deposit is required to confirm any booking and is non-refundable.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, debit, credit card, and e-transfer. Cheques are accepted only with written approval, and only from client payroll departments.
• Rush requests (inside standard turnaround times) may incur an additional rush fee.
• Orders under $5 are subject to a $5 minimum charge.

• Cancellations made after a deposit has been paid forfeit that deposit.
• Rescheduling is accommodated where possible, subject to availability, with as much notice as you can give.
• PWS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in cases of illness, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, in which case any deposit will be applied to a rescheduled date or refunded at our discretion.

Clients are responsible for ensuring items supplied for wrapping are in good condition prior to service. PWS is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear on client-supplied items. Any fragile or high-value items should be flagged in advance so appropriate care can be taken.

Where shipping is part of the service, PWS ships via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx. Once an item is handed to a carrier, PWS is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit; the client may be offered the option to purchase additional carrier insurance at cost. Local delivery and pickup are available within a defined radius, with distance-based fees disclosed at quote.

PWS carries [confirm: general liability insurance, insert coverage details once confirmed]. PWS's liability for any claim arising from its services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. PWS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

For workshops, demos, and pop-up stations, the host venue or client is responsible for providing a safe, suitable space and any permits or approvals required. Materials provided for workshop participants remain the property of PWS until the workshop concludes.

PWS may photograph completed work for use in its portfolio, website, and social media. Client names, proprietary branding, and confidential details are not disclosed without permission. Clients who prefer their project not be featured may opt out by notifying PWS in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

As noted in our Terms & Conditions, PWS may photograph completed work for portfolio, website, and social media use. We do not publish client names or confidential project details without permission. If you'd prefer your project not be featured, let us know and we'll exclude it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as needed to deliver services, including with shipping carriers (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx) for delivery, and payment processors to handle transactions securely.

Your information is stored securely and retained only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes above or as required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Our website may use cookies to improve browsing experience and understand site traffic. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not function as intended if you do.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You may unsubscribe from newsletters or promotional emails at any time using the link provided in those emails.
